Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can apply for direct entry into the Les Roches BBA program. If you are unsure of your qualification or credit transfer possibilities, please contact us for an academic evaluation for direct entry.
Previous education:
Applicants may apply with one of the following:
Les Roches Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or Diploma in Hotel Management
BTEC Higher National Diploma.
Diploma of a hotel school or other recognized diploma (minimum program length of 2.5 years).
Other diplomas:
Applications from students wishing to transfer from other programs will be considered. Appropriate entry level will be determined according to their qualifications. In order to make a formal academic evaluation, candidates are required to submit an official program outline and transcript of previous studies.
Professional experience:
Please provide copies of work experience certificates in the hotel industry, if applicable.
English Level
Must be proficient enough for higher education studies. English language exam scores (issued in the past 12 months) are required for non-native speakers, or those who have not spent the past two years in full-time English education.
Minimum English language exam scores for the BBA
Must be proficient enough for higher education studies in English. English language exam scores (issued in the last 12 months prior to the intended intake) are required for non-native English speakers, or those who have not spent the last two years in full-time English education.

IELTS Academic:
Average 6.0 and minimum of 5.5 in each component (writing, reading, speaking, listening).
TOELF (ibt):
Minimum of 80 points (Spain and Switzerland).
The Les Roches Marbella TOEFL testing code number is B941.
The Les Roches Switzerland TOEFL testing code number is 9827.
Cambridge:
First Certificate Exam (FCE): grade A (for Spain and Switzerland).
Advanced Certificate (CAE): grade C (Spain and Switzerland).
Students with learning differences
Les Roches will assist students with learning differences in assessing their potential to enter and succeed at the school. The physical nature of service or kitchen practical courses requires students to be able to perform a wide range of duties similar to those performed in the industry.
Students with certain learning differences, such as dyslexia, are accommodated with appropriate support, additional time to complete examinations and special test conditions. Applicants should write to the School for further information and requests for support should be accompanied by official documentation detailing the diagnosis.
