Part-time employment opportunities are available to international students for working both on and off campus. You can work up to 24 hours per week on campus, or up to 20 hours per week off campus, during regular school sessions and work full time during scheduled breaks, such as the winter and summer holidays or reading week.
Working on campus will help you gain valuable work experience, learn about services at Humber and earn extra money. Most positions are relatively flexible to your study schedule.
Working off campus is a great opportunity to gain first-hand experience with a Canadian company and work environment. You must have a valid study permit that states you are eligible to work off campus.
Humber’s CareerConnect Job Portal gives Humber students and recent graduates access to full-time, part-time, contract, summer, volunteer and on-campus opportunities. CareerConnect will help connect you to employers offering placement and co-op opportunities in your field of study, employment opportunities on and off campus while you study, as well as job postings with reputable companies for after you graduate.
